NULA FOR ORGANISATIONS & VENUES
Restorative sound experiences for studios, teams, retreats and meaningful events.
NULA creates carefully composed sound experiences designed to offer a meaningful pause, support relaxation and bring participants back to the body and present moment.
Each experience is adapted to the setting, group and intention — from an intimate studio session to a corporate wellbeing event or retreat collaboration.

EXPERIENCE FORMATS
Choose the format that fits your setting
Restorative Sound Experience
A standalone immersive sound journey for teams, studios, hotels, retreats and events.
Participants are guided into rest before experiencing an extended live sound journey with singing bowls, chimes and other resonant instruments.
Ideal for wellbeing days, studio events and retreat programmes.
Sound & Sensory Workshop
A more interactive experience combining immersive sound with guided sensory attention, gentle embodied practice or a carefully selected creative element.
The exact combination is shaped around your group, setting and intention.
Ideal for teams, retreats and meaningful group gatherings.
Bespoke Collaboration
A tailored experience created in dialogue with your organisation, venue or retreat team.
Sound can be integrated into a wider programme, guest journey, event concept or recurring wellbeing offering.
Ideal for hotels, retreats, private events and long-term collaborations.
CREATED FOR:
Teams & Corporate
A restorative pause within the working day, designed to support relaxation, presence and renewed focus.

Elevated sound experiences for wellness programmes, studio communities, special events and guest experiences.
Retreat Collaborations
Carefully composed experiences that complement your retreat vision, programme and guest journey.
Private & Creative Events
Intimate experiences for celebrations, gatherings, circles and meaningful shared moments.
THE NULA APPROACH
A carefully held pause from constant input
Modern working and social environments often leave little space to pause, process and reconnect with the body.
NULA experiences use immersive live sound, guided attention and intentional stillness to create conditions for rest and presence.
Deep
Rest
Space to step away from external stimulation and mental effort.
Embodied Awareness
An invitation to notice the body, breath and present-moment experience.
Shared Presence
A collective experience without need for performing, discussion or prior knowledge.
Renewed Focus
Time to reset before returning to work, travel or the rest of the programme.
NULA uses research-informed language and does not promise medical treatment or guaranteed outcomes. Experiences are designed to support wellbeing, relaxation and embodied awareness.
