Discovering Nature’s Healing Herbs

As part of Roots & Resonance, we headed outdoors for a guided herb discovery walk, exploring the plants and herbs growing naturally around us.

Together, we learned to recognise different healing and aromatic plants, discovering their traditional uses, scents and unique properties. It was an opportunity to slow down, look more closely at nature and realise how much can be found right on our doorstep.

After the walk, the experience continued around the table, where the herbs became part of a creative and sensory ritual with fresh herbal tea, natural scents and botanical creations.

A beautiful way to discover, connect and experience nature with all the senses.

Roots & Resonance – A Beautiful Success

The Roots & Resonance events in Castricum were a great success. Both editions brought together a wonderful group of participants for an afternoon dedicated to nature, creativity, connection and sound.

During these special outdoor sessions, participants explored healing plants and natural scents, created their own botanical products, enjoyed fresh herbal tea and experienced a 90-minute immersive sound journey surrounded by nature.

Both events were well attended and warmly received, creating a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere in which there was time to slow down, connect and simply experience.

A beautiful series of afternoons to look back on — and certainly something to continue in the future.

Roots & Resonance – Midsummer Edition

On 19 July, the first Roots & Resonance – Midsummer Edition took place in Castricum.

During this intimate afternoon, participants stepped away from everyday life and immersed themselves in nature, healing plants, movement and sound. The programme included a discovery walk, a herbal tea ritual, intuitive movement and a 90-minute immersive sound journey.

With a small group of just six participants, there was plenty of space for personal attention, connection and relaxation.

A special and inspiring first edition of Roots & Resonance, bringing together nature, creativity and sound in a beautiful setting.
